1. Acceptance of these terms
This website at gtseat.com (the "Site") is operated by GTSEAT. By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.
These terms cover the Site itself. They are not a sales contract, because nothing on the Site is for sale — see the next section.
2. The P47 is in development
The GTSEAT P47 is a product in development. It is not available for purchase, no price has been set, and no launch date has been confirmed.
Everything shown on the Site — renders, specifications, materials, dimensions, features and timelines — describes work in progress and may change or be dropped as the programme develops. Nothing here is an offer to sell, a price quotation, a pre-order, or a promise that the P47 will be produced at all.
Registering interest is not a purchase, a reservation, or a queue position, and creates no commitment on either side.
3. Registering interest
If you submit your email address through a register-interest form, you are consenting to GTSEAT storing that address and contacting you about the P47 programme.
You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing info@gtseat.ca, and we will delete your address. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. What is stored, where, and for how long is set out in the Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual property
GTSEAT is a trademarked name. The mark, the GTSEAT and P47 names, and all content on this Site — text, photography, renders, industrial design, drawings and layout — are owned by GTSEAT and protected by intellectual-property law.
You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or use any of it commercially, or use the GTSEAT name or mark, without our written permission.
The design of the P47 itself, including its unreleased detail, is confidential work product. Nothing on this Site grants any licence to it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure;
- scrape, copy or harvest content, or automate requests against the Site;
- submit false, misleading, or someone else's contact details through any form;
- interfere with the proper functioning or security of the Site.
We may block access that damages the Site or abuses its forms.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to other websites, and it loads typefaces from Google Fonts and runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure. We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices or terms of services we do not operate.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any specification shown will be met, or that the P47 will be released at any particular time or at all.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GTSEAT is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or from reliance on information about a product still in development. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the current version.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the courts of British Columbia.
This does not remove consumer-protection rights you hold under the law of the country you live in, where that law says they cannot be signed away.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms, about the programme, or about press and partnership enquiries can go to info@gtseat.ca.
