Privacy Policy

1. The short version

The only thing GTSEAT collects is an email address, and only if you type one into a register-interest form. There is no account, no tracking, and no advertising on this Site.

• No analytics package, no advertising or social tracking pixels, no profiling.
• Your address is never sold, and never shared for anyone else's marketing.
• One email to info@gtseat.ca has it deleted.

2. What we collect

Browsing the Site requires nothing from you and collects nothing about you.

If you submit a register-interest form, we receive:

• Your email address, as you typed it;
• A timestamp recording when it was submitted;
• Your consent to be contacted about the P47.

We do not ask for your name, address, phone number or payment details, and there is nothing on this Site that could take a payment.

3. What we use it for

Only to talk to you about the P47: progress on the programme, the unveiling, and an invitation when the product becomes available. We also use it to answer you if you wrote to us directly.

We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not build a profile from it.

4. Why we are allowed to hold it

Because you gave it to us and asked to be contacted — consent, freely given and just as freely withdrawn. If you are in a place whose law works this way (the UK, the EU, and others), that consent is the legal basis for processing, and you can revoke it at any time by emailing info@gtseat.ca without needing to give a reason.

5. Where it is stored

Register-interest submissions are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, an encrypted key-value store, reached only through credentials held by us. The Site itself is served by Cloudflare.

Cloudflare operates a global network, so data may be stored or processed outside your country, including in Canada and the United States. Cloudflare acts as our infrastructure provider and processes this data on our behalf, not for its own purposes.

6. Server logs

Like any website, requests to this Site are processed by Cloudflare with the ordinary technical details attached — IP address, browser user-agent, the page requested and a timestamp — to serve pages, cache them and defend against attack and abuse.

That is standard infrastructure logging. It is not linked to any email address and we do not use it to identify anyone.

7. Who else sees it

Nobody, for marketing. We share data only:

• with Cloudflare, as the provider that hosts the Site and stores the list;
• where required by law, regulation or legal process;
• with your explicit consent.

We do not sell personal data, and we run no advertising network that could receive it.

8. How long we keep it

Until one of these happens:

• you unsubscribe or ask for deletion at info@gtseat.ca;
• the P47 programme concludes and no further contact is needed;
• the address stops working.

A register-interest list has no reason to outlive the launch it was collected for.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to:

• Access — ask for a copy of what we hold about you;
• Rectification — have inaccurate data corrected;
• Erasure — have your data deleted;
• Objection — object to how it is processed;
• Withdrawal of consent — unsubscribe, at any time.

Email info@gtseat.ca to exercise any of them. Since the only thing we hold is your address, most of these come down to one action, and we will do it.

10. Cookies

This Site sets none, uses no analytics and carries no advertising or tracking pixels, which is why you have not been shown a cookie banner. The Cookie Policy says so at more length and explains what would change if that ever stopped being true.

11. Children

This Site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted an address, write to info@gtseat.ca and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

If what we do with data changes, this page changes with it and the "Last updated" date moves. Material changes will be sent by email to people on the register-interest list, since they are the only people whose data we hold.
